"CRR Go The Distance" Weekly Training Runs Go the Distance Run, Saturday , July 5, 2008 at 7:00AM Start Time Change - Start Time Change- Start Time change Moving the start time to 7:00am to beat the summer heat. On Saturday, July 5th at 7:00am we will be setting up base camp at The Line at 285 and running routes along the river. We realize that many of us are running the Peachtree 10K on Friday to celebrate the 4th. We also realize that many of us may be celebrating the 4th in other ways and not up for an early morning run on Saturday. For those of you that DO want to get a long run in, we will have our normal set up with maps and fluids for distances between 6 and 20 miles. The Line at 285 5525 Interstate North Parkway (I-285 & Powers Ferry - Exit 22) Atlanta, GA30328 Check here each week for run location and details. Varying paces and distances. Fully supported runs with maps and fluid stops. These are member only runs, but visitors are welcome to attend a run to check us out!!! CRR Monthly "Sunday Social" Runs July 13, 2008- 7:30AM NOTE TIME CHANGE!!!! August 10, 2008- 7:30AM NOTE TIME CHANGE!!!! Cochran Shoals @ the Chattahoochee River (Parking Lot off Interstate North Parkway near I-285). Bring a "goodie" to share after the run!!! These monthly group runs are always scheduled for the 2nd Sunday of each month
July 21, 2008/August 18, 2008 Mellow Mushroom 2000 Powers Ferry Rd. (Corner of Windy Hill Rd. & Powers Ferry Rd) The meeting begins at 7:00PM. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the club.
These monthly meetings are always scheduled for the
3rd Monday of each month.
